That said, there is a lot of stuff from the Hot Rods early years to make this listenable. In fact, I'd say the only bad demo track (out of 12) is the slow, rockin' "Got Mine". The live tracks start out promisingly enough with a killer rendition of "Teenage Depression".

When it was originally released Eddie & the Hot Rods fourth album was a commercial disaster, virtually sinking without a trace. The Hot Rods were in the process of disintegrating, and by the time “Fish n Chips” was given a limited release by EMI in the UK the band had already called it a day.

EDDIE Vinyl Records and CDs Although the late Chicago Blues artist Eddie Taylor recorded as a leader throughout his career -- beginning in the mid-'50s with "Bad Boy" and "Big Town Playboy," and up until his death in -- he is best known to blues aficionados for his recordings with the legendary Jimmy Reed, for whom Taylor worked as bass.

Easily. Eddie and the Hot Rods, sounding I AM aware, like some insane George Thorogood tribute act, are in fact, boil-impacted cousins of those other standard-baring R&B loud-mouths Dr Feelgood. The Hot Rods leaven their row with pop as opposed to the Feelgood's old style blues - /5(26).
